IT Support Assistant

IT Support Assistant required to provide front-line and systems support to this travel business based at their office in Blackpool. The company continues to invest in technology to enable business group and this role will work alongside their IT Support provider to provide IT support and assistance with the physical aspects of the IT Infrastructure & Systems. This includes all IT Hardware and Software (travel systems, CRM, Customer Portals etc) and working on projects with the Programme Manager who you will report to. Skills required: * Experience in an IT support role and providing assistance with IT matters to business users * High level of IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft products and web-based products * Experience of supporting IT systems and IT hardware * Strong problem solver with a passion for exceptional service delivery * Good verbal and written communication skills to include basic reporting skills * Exceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate at all business levels * Ability to work under own initiative, adaptable and flexible * Ability to prioritise workload and resolve problems whilst working under pressure to meet deadlines Preferred Skills & Experience: * Advanced knowledge of IT systems and IT hardware * Experience of working with IT outsource companies to ensure delivery against targets * Experience of working within a customer focused environment Zorba Consulting is operating as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for supplying temporary workers
