IT Helpdesk Technician Location: Bristol (Hybrid) We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to join our client. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing remote technical assistance and support, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, software, and hardware. About The Role As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will handle support tickets, troubleshoot user issues, and resolve problems with desktops, laptops, and networks. Ideally, you’ll have experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and at least one year of first-line support experience. Strong communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the first point of contact for technical issues. * Manage and prioritise support tickets using a ticketing system. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for desktops and laptops. * Provide timely and effective technical support to minimise user disruption.
