UX/UI Designer Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth reviews of current user interfaces, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to align user needs, business goals, and technical limitations.
- Analyse complex workflows to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Design engaging, intuitive user interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Lead usability testing sessions and gather user insights to refine designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platforms.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
UX/UI Designer Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to analyse and optimise complex workflows for enhanced user experience.
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of web and mobile design principles.
