Our client is looking for their next Lead Test Product Engineer, to focus on the next generation ASICs. Within this role you would focus on the whole product lifecycle from NPI to mass production. 

Responsibilities for the Lead Test Product Engineer:

• Test Program development 
• Test strategy planning 
• Data analysis 
• Yield enhancement 
• Failure analysisRequirements for the Lead Test Product Engineer:
  
  • Test program experience with mixed signal & high speed devices on ATEs (V93k or Teradyne platforms)
  • Reliability testing methods
  • Extensive programming language skills
  • Attention to detail
