Junior Support Technician (Cloud) | Chorleywood, Herts | Full Time | £19,000 to £25,000 per year Our client is a small but well-established Managed Service Provider delivering a comprehensive range of outsourced IT services to all types of organisations. The business is growing at pace, and they are looking for enthusiastic, committed technicians to join their team in Chorleywood, Herts.  Please note- college or further education leavers with some IT experience are encouraged to apply. Your role will be to assist your colleagues with the following: Set up and manage user subscriptions, accounts, permissions and settings across a wide array of cloud services Configure and deploy devices such as laptops, video conferencing and networking equipment Troubleshoot and provide assistance to users across cloud services, hardware, and general business software Microsoft 365/Azure/Intune/Defender administration PowerShell scripting (and other scripting languages) Design and implement SharePoint solutions Manage and Design Security Solutions including policy design and compliance Implement, test, and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance What can you expect in return?
