Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a talented and passionate Business Analyst to join their growing team in Norwich. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in translating complex business problems into actionable solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop solutions, as well as onboarding and training clients. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges. * Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. * Develop data-driven insights to support decision-making. * Create process models and diagrams to visualise business processes. * Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses. * Support the implementation of new systems and processes. Requirements: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau etc). * Knowledge of business process modelling and analysis techniques. You'll join a supportive and collaborative team that will provide you with the training and resources needed to become an expert in the technology platform.
