Job Profile As an IT Developer, you will be responsible for developing new services and applications while supporting and enhancing existing business solutions. You’ll work closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time. This role requires a strong foundation in .NET, C#, and SQL, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team to meet the fast-changing needs of the business. Duties * Develop new services and applications according to business requirements * Support and enhance existing business solutions * Work with internal and external systems for integration processes * Collaborate within an Agile framework to deliver timely functional releases * Analyse and author ad-hoc SQL queries to support business reporting * Maintain business-critical data processing systems * Identify and implement improvements to enhance customer journeys and business objectives Skills & Experience * Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience with .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Visual Studio * Experience with web-based solutions, React, JavaScript, and JSON/XML * Strong knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, and large data set management * Hands-on experience with business-critical applications and commission schemes * Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management frameworks * Ability to design, develop, and test software solutions across the full development lifecycle * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Hours of Work * Full-time, flexible hours based on the needs of the projects.
