Due to the nature of the role a strong background in data-intensive, low-latency applications is required. Requirements: Strong experience of solution design, security & resilience patterns. Strong understanding of data technologies - SQL/NoSQL, Big Data. Knowledge of cloud architecture, in particular GCP. Knowledge of monolith to microservice patterns. Strong experience & knowledge of some key LBG development technologies (e.g. JavaScript, Java Spring Boot, Python).Nice to Have: Experience in the Banking & Finance industry. Experience with Python and Big Data technologies including ML. Experience in agile / iterative design working practices.
