My client is looking for an IT Analyst to join their IT department based at their headquarters in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration and support of secure and efficient IT, telephony, data, and Intranet systems, which support the business needs of the organisation, including M365, Windows Server 2016-22, networking, IT Helpdesk (end-user support), cyber security, ongoing maintenance, system development and business continuity.
  • Provide support, planning, implementation, administration, and development of the organisation's M365 estate
  • Support the development & implementation of new technologies by working with the wider business on system implementation strategies & deployment timelines.
  • Maintain and securely store data adhering to regulations
  • Contribute to the improvement of Infrastructure technologies to improve the business
  • Undertake defined support activities including performing Scheduled Maintenance (controlled upgrades and fixes), testing, problem diagnosis and Root-cause
  • Analysis, resolving subsequent issues within agreed parameters.
  • Install and maintain new and existing software including fixes and patching.
  • Educate users on a basic level of software operation, help resolve day-to-day issues, liaise with contracted external support

Required Experience:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of IT Regulations and GDPR
  • Previous IT Analytics experience
  • Expert in Windows 10 and 11 OS and applications.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of M365 and the Azure platform
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Strong networking knowledge including VPNs, site routing, DNS, and WI-FI technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of security solutions including Firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection
