Digital Project Manager

Digital Project Manager £40k plus £5k car allowance Remote (1-2 days in the office) Monday- Friday Permanent My client based in Kent is looking to recruit a Digital Project Manager due to growth within the business. As the Digital Project Manager you will be working with clients directly supporting them through their digital implementation and identifying any challenges in the process that arises. You will be a proactive and outgoing Digital Project Manager with a drive for change to implement smoother processes for clients. Duties for the Digital Project Manager: - You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support clients with their implementation. - Identifying any process issues and challenging them to the developers team. - Hitting key milestones - Acting as the main point of contact for clients going through the implementation, acting as an account manager until they go live. - Supporting the client going through training with staff to understand the digital project before it goes live. - Building strong relationships with clients, managing expectations and understanding their needs and wants for this digital product to ensure they meet their needs. - Work with the current framework but drive change and work on digital transformations with clients. - Report to the Implementation Manager regarding changes needing to be made and reports. Requirements for the Digital Project Manager: - Experience from either customer onboarding of digital transformation products such as CRM systems, or tech start up background or similar. - Can challenge processes and identify change needed. - Customer centric focused having the ability to build relationships. - Bubbly personality, outgoing and bold character. - Able to attend the office 1-2 days a month.
