Internal IT Support Analyst (1st/2nd Line Support)

Our client, a dynamic organisation, is looking for an experienced Internal IT Support Analyst to join their team. This role is essential in providing 1st/2nd Line Support for internal users, ensuring all IT systems and hardware run smoothly with minimal disruption. This would be ideally suited to a “2nd Jobber” someone who is focussed, a quick learner, confident enough to engage and deal with high end stakeholders and Department Heads/Members as well as looking after and supporting all IT relatable matters for a high maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support for IT hardware, software, desk phones, iPads, and iPhones. * Manage laptop builds, rebuilds, and the 3-year replacement cycle. * Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate when necessary. * Ensure maximum uptime for critical applications, systems, and servers. * Assist with the rollout of maintenance tasks and larger IT projects. Skills & Experience: * 2-4 years of proven experience in IT support roles. * Strong knowledge of Active Directory administration, Group Policy, and Office 365. * Experience with Azure AD, Hyper-V server infrastructure, and backup solutions. * Familiarity with imaging software, MDM, and troubleshooting various IT systems. * Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
