ServiceNow CMDB Developer- Manchester Hybrid-

We require a ServiceNow CMBD developer to work for our cutting edge digital tech company. Based in Manchester a couple of chosen days a week will be required initially. You will have 2-3 years ServiceNow experience as part of a minimum 10 year career.

Daily skills include:

Experience in Development, Integration, implementing, and customizing ServiceNow.

• Responsible for implementing ServiceNow ITOM suite Asset, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
• Experience in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and CMDB concepts.
• Work on implementation, operation, and maintenance of one or more major CMDB products
• Work on asset/CI discovery tools, both agent-based and agentless.
• Maintain the configuration management database (CMDB) and related system documentation, implement approved changes to CMDB structure including attributes and relationships.
• Plan, schedule and perform independent audits and audits on the CMDB, comparing contents with the IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the customer to ensure requirements are met and ensure the CMDB integrity.
• Produce and publish management reports from CMDB.
