This role requires strategic thinking, deep SAP knowledge in a manufacturing setting, and strong project management skills. You’ll develop and execute cutover plans to minimise business disruption, working closely with IT, operations, and finance teams to align resources. Excellent communication skills are essential for guiding project teams and addressing any issues during the cutover phase. Develop and implement cutover plans and strategies for all UK sites within the Aspire+ Programme scope. Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful execution of cutover activities. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the cutover process. Manage the timeline and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals. Facilitate cutover dry runs and rehearsals to validate processes and readiness. Collaborate with technical teams on data migration and validation efforts. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to cutover stakeholders. Prepare and deliver cutover communication and training materials to end-users. Act as a point of escalation for cutover-related issues and challenges.
