Fit Out Site Manager

Our client, who are one of the UK's leading house-builders are looking to recruit a Fit Out Site Manager for their development in Central London. With a completion date of mid-2027, this mid to high rise RC frame scheme will be delivering 650 apartments over 6 blocks, going up to 15 storeys in height. As well as the residential side there will be facilities such as swimming pools, gymnasiums, health spas and cinema rooms. They are looking for a Site Manager with solid Fit Out skills to work on high end residential works, taking units from 1st Fix through to Handover. Your day-to-day duties would be to ensure the project runs to speed and programme, attend and chair meetings with specialist sub-contractors and report progress back to senior management. You will also ensure H&S is always adhered to and as mentioned you will work on other packages as the project progresses.
