(Aladdin) Middle Office Ops Consultant/BA - London - Asset Management - Aladdin

We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Office Operations Consultant/Business Analyst with deep hands-on expertise in Aladdin for a 12-month contract at a major Asset Manager based in London.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for outsourced operations, ensuring effective coordination and oversight.
• Assess project requirements, perform impact assessments, and determine how to service operational needs.
• Conduct an initial assessment of all operations-related requirements, summarising and reviewing all project materials.
• Manage user group and permissions setup within Aladdin, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Experience:

• Strong Aladdin expertise, including experience with user group and permissions setup.
• Familiarity with the Green package in Aladdin.
• Experience working with outsourced operations and managing third-party service providers.
• Ability to perform detailed impact assessments and summarize complex operational requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thorough understanding of Middle Office operations in asset management.
• Experience Implementing a Middle Office Operation Model or Oversight Model
