CTO

CTO is required by fast growing and highly successful organisation. You will lead a team of circa 10 people in a hands on tech leadership role. You must be prepared to roll your sleeves up and get actively involved, particularly in managing projects. Key Responsibilities: * Technology Strategy & Leadership: Shape and communicate their tech strategies and innovations to key stakeholders, both internal and external. * Team Management & Development: Lead a collaborative, high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. * Product Development & Innovation: Drive the creation and deployment of technology solutions ensuring best practices in infrastructure, development, system architecture, and data security. * Customer Delivery: Ensure their platform’s scalability, reliability, and performance, while safeguarding customer data through top-tier security practices. * Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices across all tech initiatives. What They Are Looking For: * Proven experience as a CTO or Tech Leader * Hands on tech leadership (happy to do project management) * Experience working for an SME * Multi-site experience * A do-er, experience in fast paced environment * Experience working with a PE backed business * Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills * A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus) Excellent training and career development opportunities exist for the right candidate.
