2nd Line Support Analyst – Milton Keynes - Consultancy - £33,000 - £35,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance
Overview:
Our client, a leading Microsoft consultancy partner, is looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to work with several of their key clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
Hardware and software installations.
Manage and work to internal and customer SLA’s, escalating any concerns.
Create and maintain customer specific infrastructure documentation.
End to end ownership of problem resolution.
Managing client expectations through clear communications.
Take responsibility for own continual professional development, ensuring up to date industry and technical knowledge.
Onsite cover (Holiday/Sickness cover for site-based Engineers).
Undertake all other reasonable requests.
Skills & Experience Required:
Microsoft 365 (including Intune and auto-pilot)
Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems
Microsoft Server (and Exchange) technologies
Microsoft Office Products
Apple Mobile Technologies
Android & Windows Mobile Technologies
Intermediate level of knowledge and application in
Office 365 Administration
Exchange Technologies
Active Directory
Firewalls, Router & VPN Technologies (install, configure & troubleshoot)
Group Policies - create, breakdown, troubleshoot issues.
Backup Software Technologies
