Are you a proactive and dynamic Second Line Support Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you love the variety of no two days being the same? This is an opportunity for a skilled second line technician with a passion for problem-solving to join a UK leading tech for good organisation. About the Role: As a Second Line Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring offices across Yorkshire are running smoothly. You'll be supporting users remotely and on-site, handling a blend of project and BAU work, and delivering exceptional customer service. You'll also conduct site surveys, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and work closely with the infrastructure team on improvements. Skills & Requirements… Proven experience in a Second Line Support or similar role. Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Server technologies. Experience with Cisco, Meraki, and wireless networks. Strong technical understanding of infrastructure configuration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. A proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning. Full UK driving license and own vehicle, with the ability to travel between sites. Knowledge of printer troubleshooting, office configurations, and infrastructure surveys.What's in it for you..
