IT Support Engineer Amersham – Office Based £27,000 - £31,000 VIQU have partnered with a UK retail company who are looking to recruit a IT Support Engineer to join their head office. This role will offer the successful candidate a greater understanding of the retail industry and give them exposure the organisations busy IT service. The successful IT Support Engineer will deliver high-quality, timely support services to the company’s warehouse, office, and stores. Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer: Test, build and configure hardware across the organisation. Provide assistance to 250 computer system users. Incident trend analysis to resolve continuous problems and drive IT improvements. Understand user needs and suggest suitable software and hardware. Key Requirements of the IT Support Engineer: 2+ years of Service Desk experience Experience with O365 and Windows servers Experience with Intune, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP) Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
