Split across 3 factories and 1 distribution centre. The factories make chilled ready meals, houmous dips, deli products & savoury accompaniments and employs over 2,000 people. About this role. We're looking for a meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team. As a key player in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Your main duties will include: Quality Control: Oversee daily quality control operations, including inspections, testing, and audits to ensure all products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement best practices. Audit Preparation: Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place. About you. Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry, with supervisory experience preferred. Education: Degree in Food Science/Microbiology or a related field is advantageous.
