Job Title: Technical Apprentice Pay: £13,520 per annum 18 Month Apprenticeship with a view of a full-time permanent position upon completion Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm Location - Rotherham Level 3 IT Solutions Technician standard delivered via virtual learning platform sessions. With support from specialist trainers and 121 skills coaches and our learning platform "Aptem" where you will complete the learning on program. IT Vendor training will also be provided. Main Duties include : Efficiently operate and control ICT infrastructure, including physical and virtual hardware, software, network services, and data storage. Serve as first-line support for customers, addressing any queries or issues they may have. Perform general warehouse duties, including stock management, hardware handling, and inventory tasks. Utilize infrastructure management tools to automate the provisioning, testing, deployment, and monitoring of infrastructure components.
