PMO planner

PMO Planner Location: London 2 days per week. Inside IR35 Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised PMO Planner to join our team on a SAP4HANNA. The PMO Planner will be responsible for supporting project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that projects align with organisational goals and objectives.   Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones. - Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues. - Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are being met. - Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to relevant parties. - Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal project execution. - Maintain project documentation and ensure all project records are up-to-date. - Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes. - Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance project management processes.   Skills: - MS Project - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.   Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - Previous experience in a PMO or project management role. - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practises. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Project
