Role - IT Support Analyst Location - Northampton (full time on site) Type - 6 months fixed term contract Salary - £27,500 - 32,000 pro rataJob Overview We have a current opportunity for a IT Support Analyst on a 6 months fixed term position. The position will be based in Northampton, full time. 5 days per week/ Skills Needed Experience working on a IT Service desk / IT support desk Customer service experience - fixing IT issues over the phone and in person Experience with 365 - setting up new users, deletion of users etc Working with various software (Including updating Sharepoint folders) Ability to set up new PC's, Laptops, printers and other hardware Fantastic communication skills
