They're seeking a talented FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping their financial future! What you'll do: Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate cash flow models to forecast operating cash flow, incorporating key drivers and assumptions. Capital Planning: Collaborate with teams on capital planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and cash flow availability. Extraction Strategies: Partner with Tax and Treasury to identify and implement strategies that maximise cash extraction and conversion. Cash Flow Reporting: Prepare detailed cash flow reports and presentations, providing insightful commentary to senior management. Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to assess the impact of various factors on cash flow. Business Partnering: Collaborate with functional groups and regional colleagues to drive digitalisation, efficiencies, and effectiveness in cash and treasury forecasting and planning. What you'll bring: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) More than 4 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ready to take your career to the next level?
