Business System Support Analyst - Junior

A fantastic opportunity for a Systems Support Analyst to join a growing team based near Eye, Suffolk. In this role, you will work on maintaining ERP systems, delivering first-line support, and providing key business insights through process automation, system integration, and reporting. This role is based full time, onsite in Eye, Suffolk Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for ERP system users. Develop and maintain key reports, KPIs, and dashboards. Assist in business projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Support system changes and business process improvements.Skills & Experience:   Previous experience working within an ERP environment either as a super user / administrator / 1st level support.
