Full-Stack Developer (Azure, Python, React)
One of my clients based in reading is urgently looking Full-Stack Developer for a 6 months contract inside IR35
As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll be responsible for creating robust, high-quality software that adheres to established coding standards, technical designs, and security guidelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and optimise a dynamic web application using Python and ReactJS within an Azure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and support a web application utilising Python and ReactJS, with a strong focus on Azure functions, APIs, and system integrations.
- Translate product backlog requirements into actionable, efficient solutions, aligning or evolving system designs as needed.
- Work closely with product owners and team members to define, test, and deliver business objectives.
- Establish and uphold development standards, ensuring clear documentation and adherence to specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in developing and supporting web applications, specifically function apps within a microservices architecture, and solid expertise in API development. Experience with Azure EventHub is essential.
- Comprehensive experience with Azure, including authentication products, Cosmos DB, Data Factory, Function Apps, Blob storage, Active Directory, and App-Insights.
- Strong programming, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities, following best practices in coding, unit testing, release management, and documentation.
- Proficient in GIT, with a thorough understanding of the SDLC and DevOps CI/CD pipeline processes.
- Solid experience with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement, operational support, and full agile product delivery life cycle.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in ReactJS is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium and Java is beneficial but not required.
