We will provide all the necessary tools for your role, and there may also be opportunities for remote work, which we will evaluate as you progress.   The Responsibilities Assisting with IT projects to ensure they are delivered successfully. Build, configure and ship IT Hardware including laptops, mobile and tablets. Assist support teams to maintain the quality and timely resolution of incidents, changes, and requests. Assist in the technical approval of minor IT expenditures. Providing hardware and software support to VIPs. Troubleshooting and escalating issues to the appropriate external support teams. Visiting sites around the UK on an ad-hoc basis where additional support is needed.  The Training Provided In addition to on-the-job training, you will be enrolled in Firebrand's industry-leading Level 3 Information Communication Technician (L3ICT) Apprenticeship Programme. This program equips apprentices with the skills to efficiently operate and manage IT infrastructure. Firebrand offers flexible course delivery options, allowing you to choose between live online instruction or in-person classroom training. Our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Learning Mentors (LMs), and world-class trainers are dedicated to preparing you for success. Upon completing this apprenticeship, you will earn several prestigious vendor certifications, including: CompTIA A+ CompTIA Cloud Essentials+ BCS Level 3 Award in IT Service Management & Business Processes  Essential Experience & Qualifications: No IT experience is necessary, we will teach you everything! However, you will need the following: Hold a valid UK driving license. 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).
