IT Service Delivery Manager – Fully Remote - FTC CRG Recruitment are working closely with our client to recruit an IT Service Delivery Manager and this is a fixed term role for maternity cover. The roles purpose is to continue to provide the standard of IT service management set, manage the service desk and a team of field engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service is continually delivered, working with the wider IT support and operations teams. The objectives of this role is to continue to work to provide the excellent levels of service which have been set, support the Service management team in the coming months with number of large projects and implementations being brought into support, as well as continuing to move forward with improvements that have been outlined and planned for next 12 months. Please note this role will be remote working but will require some travel to per month. Please also note this is a 9 month fixed term contract. Skills and experiences required, * Significant, high-quality experience improving service desk standards and best practices (ITILv4) – must know what an ‘excellent’ service desk looks and feels like in a multi-site environment. * Deployment of IT Service Management processes and procedures * Service catalogue creation, documentation, and maintenance * ITIL qualified V3 or V4 * Exceptional leadership skills, setting objectives and ensuring delivery of services to target * Self-motivated and looking for a challenge * Kindness to operate in a very people driven sector * Able to think quickly, with integrity and respect to colleagues, and able to implement at breath-taking pace. * Team player at senior levels and at staffing levels. * High level of intelligence and diligence, with an eye for detail. Proven strong working knowledge of service support models and continuous improvement * Exceptional communications & influencing skills My client are offering a salary of up to £65,000 to £75,000 plus benefits Interested?!?
