JN Bentley are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to expand our team. The chosen applicant will be in charge of ensuring that business processes operate more efficiently, that MMBC staff members make better decisions, or that the business is more compliant. Recording the needs of business requests, suggesting enhancements, and corresponding with testers, facilitators, and other stakeholders. In the role, you will: Perform process mapping, definition, and identification (as-is). Take part in the future planning and design of business processes, including creating suggestions to enhance and facilitate business operations. Gather requirements using surveys, business process descriptions, user stories, use case modelling and specification, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, meetings, document analysis, requirements workshops/walkthroughs for visioning, and so on. Perform thorough analysis to convert business needs into finely specified, easy-to-understand functional specifications or user stories that the reporting and development team can easily apply. Help translate user requirements into workable possibilities (Out of the Box solutions) and let the business stakeholders know about them. Assisting in the creation of client user acceptability testing, internal test plans, and validation. Communicate to key stakeholders and business leads any alterations, improvements, and revisions to the business requirements either orally or in writing. Oversee and monitor the status of the requirements during the course of the project; enforce and redefine as needed. Put departmental procedures in your function to the test and make improvements.  You will have the following essential requirements/experience: Problem-solving abilities - ability to identify the essential issues, grasp everyone’s interest, list possible solutions, evaluate possibilities, and document. An analytical mindset, which combines creativity and curiosity with the capacity to focus on vast amounts of data, assess it, and come up with a conclusion. Communication: The capacity to hear, comprehend, and repeat information in a clear and concise manner. being able to think things through before reacting and reacting in a neutral manner. Time management is the deliberate planning and control of the amount of time spent on particular tasks, with the goal of maximising productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency. Negotiating - Effective negotiating abilities will enable us to identify the best IT solutions to solve certain issues and win over stakeholders. Organisation: Capacity to gather needs, complete several tasks concurrently, and adhere to strict timelines.  In addition, the following skills/experience would be desirable: In depth background of Business Analysis with at least 2 years’ experience Knowledge of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques Experience with using ERP software and their functionality. Business Analysis certifications are advantageous as is experience in project and stakeholder management Experience in writing functional specifications and data analysis is desirable but not essential  Our benefits include: 26 days holiday plus bank holidays with the option to buy and carry over ?
