The Role: As an Agile Project Manager, your focus will be on managing multiple concurrent projects using Agile methodologies. You'll facilitate daily stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining a high standard of software quality. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver impactful results. The Client: This client is a highly regarded player in the energy sector, boasting a team of over 5000 employees across the UK. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager working with Agile frameworks. Proven track record in delivering successful software development projects. Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Desirable: Certification in Agile (Scrum Master or Product Owner). Full UK Driving License and own transport.
