1st Line Support Technician

Key Responsibilities: * Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in person * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating more complex problems to 2nd line support when necessary * Assist with setting up and configuring user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile phones * Manage and maintain the IT helpdesk, ensuring tickets are logged, prioritised, and resolved within SLAs * Collaborate with the wider IT team to ensure smooth delivery of IT services across the business * Document issues and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base for internal use Essential Skills & Experience: * A strong interest in a career in IT and the willingness to learn new skills * Tech-savvy * Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users * Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic network troubleshooting * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously If you’re passionate about IT and delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
