Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions using the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address the technological needs of our organisation. Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our software systems. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications: Proven experience in software development leadership roles. Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including C#, .NET, Azure, and SQL Server. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
