Lead Java Developer - Active Security Clearance (SC), Java 11

Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35) London / Remote 12 months My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who urgently require a Lead Java Developer to join a business-critical programme. Key Requirements: Proven experience working as a Lead Java Developer within the public sector. Active Security Clearance (SC). Expertise in a range of technologies including Java 11, Java EE (EJB), JSPs, Git, Maven, Welogic, Hibernate, SQL, Postgres and OS (Windows and Linux). Ability to provide management and resolution of tickets relating to incident, change, service request and problem processes. Understanding of Release Management including building deployment packages ready for release into production environment(s). Ability to work and take ownership of legacy services, with legacy deployment model(s). Writing and passing of Feature / external API tests. Excellent communication skills. Nice to have: Proven experience with Virtual Machines and / or working in virtual environments command lines. Commercial experience with Oracle DB. Database migration skills.
