Senior Data Engineer – London (3 days hybrid) – £80k-£90k Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a company leading the technology charge in a dynamic SaaS environment focussed on Logistics. They are now seeking a Senior Data Engineer who will play a crucial role in building high-quality data infrastructure from the ground up. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing ETL processes to consolidate data from diverse sources into our data warehouse. You will also partner with the business team to grasp their data needs and construct efficient data pipelines that facilitate their activities. Additionally, you will build and sustain scalable data models and schemas to enable effective querying and analysis of extensive datasets as well as guarantee data quality and precision through automated testing and monitoring systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities for insights and solutions driven by data. Key skills required for this role: * 5+ years’ of experience as a Data Engineer * Expertise in building data models and pipelines from scratch * Solid experience using Python and SQL * Strong experience with AWS * Experience working with SaaS products Being part of an ever-growing market, the company is always looking to grow, meaning you can grow with it!
