IT Technician Apprentice

We are pleased to be working with our client seeking an IT Technician Apprentice based in Northampton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. This is a practical role with hands-on experience from day one alongside your studies. You will work towards your Comptia A+ qualifications. Responsibilities of the IT Technician Apprentice  Provide 1st line support. Basic IT diagnosis and fix. Installation and repair of IT hardware and networks. Routine maintenance of resources and equipment. Support common software packages. Log and maintain calls with both software and hardware maintenance providers. Requirements for a successful IT Technician Apprentice  Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in IT. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Able to organise and manage workload priorities. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail.
