Project Manager - IT Hardware Sector: Healthcare Location: York Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of projects within the critical facilities sectors, collaborating closely with various stakeholders. Your expertise will drive the success of these projects through effective planning, coordination, and execution. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead the planning, administration, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and deadlines. Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with stakeholders and facilitate communication effectively to report on project progress and address any issues that arise. Documentation: Produce and maintain essential project documents, including project plans, meeting minutes, and risk assessment matrices. Financial Oversight: Manage project finances accurately, ensuring proper tracking of resources and deliverables for financial auditing. Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest quality standards throughout all phases of project delivery, including tracking and controlling project outcomes. Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses: Relevant Project Management certification (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner). Proven experience managing diverse projects, particularly within a healthcare or critical facility context. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal. A proactive and innovative mindset, capable of suggesting creative solutions to challenges.
