We are currently seeking an IT Network Engineer to join our Saltash, Cornwall office, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our network infrastructure. Why Secure Innovation? Competitive Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum Full-time hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 13:00 Flexible: Early finish on Fridays for a longer weekend! Pension scheme with 4.5% employer contribution Your Role: As our IT Network Engineer, your main duties will include: Providing first and second-line support to network users within a Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environment. Maintaining and managing users in Active Directory and Office 365. Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software. Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, liaising with external 3rd party support providers. Supporting both in-office and remote workers, ensuring seamless operations across all locations. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in IT support (1st and 2nd line), including Active Directory and Office 365. IT related qualification (A Level and above) A proactive, problem-solving approach, with excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage your workload in a dynamic environment. Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
