Business Analyst

Business Analyst Location - London or Sheffield (hybrid x2 days per week onsite) Day rate - £500 inside IR35 Here at Bridge Technology Partners we are partnering with a leading organisation on the look out for a solid Business Analyst, to be a part of a major SharePoint Migration project. We are looking for someone with the below skills: Experience: Strong experience being a full E2E BA Great stakeholder management skills Ability to work at differing paces, but be able to push and encourage on their own initiative when things slow down Able to work on own initiative, self manage workload and estimate work accurately Evidence systems thinking ( ‘thinking in a systematic joined up way’ in relation to how a solution interplays with the requirements or other external factors) Be very adept at requirements elicitation, documenting and traceability Be able to turn detailed requirements into Jira tickets with acceptance criteria Experienced in process mapping and gap analysis (as is/to be) Be able to work with technical team and map how business requirements will be turned into workable solutions Contribute to training and testing material Work with UAT testers and test team to help with explanation and clarity of requirements We are looking for someone to start within a couple of weeks and the contract will run until March 2025.
