Their services include: Networking Solutions Security Solutions Cloud SolutionsRole Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the heart of developing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for valued customers. You will be responsible for driving business growth & onboarding new clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills & an excellent ability to seek out new prospects. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in your portfolio of accounts. Sales and Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our services within your accounts, upselling and cross-selling to meet and exceed sales targets.   Prospecting: This role will include new business so candidates should be confident in their prospecting abilities. Client Support: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, within the IT industry – having worked for an MSP. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of managed services, wireless, networking, and security solutions.
