In this role, the successful IT Support engineer will take on the role of Technical Services and drive network technology alignment for clients, and building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding and delivering solutions to their needs. This role would suit an experienced IT Support Engineer exceptionally personable with a customer satisfaction driven attitude. A strong technical understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, firewalls etc is required.
