D365 Finance & Operations Application Support Engineer - Uxbridge £40,000 - £45,000 plus excellent benefits / West London / Uxbridge – 3 days in the office A globally recognised manufacturer of quality goods, seek an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Application Support Engineer at Level 2. * As the D365 Finance & Operations Application Support Engineer you be at the front end of their ERP Team, analysing the tickets raised by our international business users in Europe and Asia Pacific and deciding how to best help and support enquiries for each ticket. * This would involve hands on work in the system setups and configurations or user training and documentation to minimise errors. Working with: * International ERP Team. * Key business users. * Support partners. * Infrastructure team. To date the International IT team have recently upgraded 18 of its subsidiaries on D365 FO and the project is all encompassing, spanning over several years and is transforming the way the International organisation works to contemporary, accountable and secure cloud based operation. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area for the D365 Finance & Operations Application Support Engineer: * ERP support role for international markets in Europe & APAC including handling of support tickets. * Continuous support and training of business users. * Active participation in the documentation of processes, guidelines and best practices for future reference. * Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in D365 standards and technologies. Ideal D365 Finance & Operations Application Support Engineer Candidate Possesses These Attributes: Technical Skills and Experience: * Minimum three years support experience, order processing management with D365 Finance & Operations application. * Proven knowledge of business processes in a sales and distribution operation * Fluent in English. Any other European language will be a plus. Desired: * Knowledge of D365 Retail and commerce. * Microsoft certification for D365 Finance & Operations.
