Job Description Role: Contract Strategy and Operations Manager Term:6 months Rate: £350 a day IR35: Inside IR35 Location: Hybrid - 4 days a week onsite in London office, 1 day a week remote working On of our London based client is seeking a highly skilled Contract Strategy and Operations Manager to join their media team for an initial 6-month engagement. You'll be a key player in setting the strategy and delivering a roadmap of initiatives to shape the businesses future advertising products and revenue streams. Responsibilities: Conduct experiments and A/B test to build the right monetisation strategy and go-on market plan for new products. Design, implement and optimise processes to across the business to improve agility and accelerate innovation. Own a roadmap of initiatives to build and improve new advertising products and revenue streams. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision making. Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with teams including product, marketing, sales and finance to drive alignment and execution. Develop and implement performance metrics and KPI'S to measure the success and effectiveness of growth initiatives. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Knowledge and Experience 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business development, or operations in a large business or a growing startup. Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and drive alignment towards common goals. Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of developing and executing growth initiatives that deliver measurable results. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel required and proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
