IT Support Engineer - 2nd/3rd Line Are you a skilled IT Support Engineer with a passion for cloud technology and delivering exceptional service? My client, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is looking for a motivated individual to join their team in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud projects while providing high-level IT support. Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd and 3rd Line support to a variety of clients, resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally. Manage and maintain Office 365 and Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance and security. Assist in delivering cloud migration and implementation projects. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to servers, networks, and cloud infrastructures. Work closely with the wider technical team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Monitor and maintain client systems, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. Document support processes and maintain accurate system records. About You: Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd Line IT support role, ideally within an MSP environment. Strong working knowledge of Office 365 and Azure. Hands-on experience with cloud projects - migrations, implementations, and management. Excellent troubleshooting skills across server, network, and cloud infrastructures. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Office 365) are a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
