IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician| £32,000 to £40,000 | Wisbech  Working for a reputable business based in Wisbech, you will be responsible for providing front line IT Support for all staff, dealing with any technical escalations where you can. Other duties include:  Provide technical support for all desktop, server and network issues  Adding new devices and users using Active Directory Physical installation of routers, switches and firewalls Troubleshooting of networks Assist with project delivery Key Skills: Minimum of 2 years experience in a hands on IT Support role Strong knowledge with Windows and Microsoft applications  Understanding of network concepts  Knowledge of ITIL  Proactive approach and ability to work independently  If you have the above and want to be considered for this opportunity, apply here now
