My leading financial service client is looking for a CRM Manager with experience of building out their customer engagement/ customer insight framework. You must have a proven background in working on the D365 CE platform - Customer Insights / Marketing and Sales modules to help configure the system to ensure that it creates value and engagement for and builds all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
