macOS IT Support Analyst

macOS and cross-platform Mac/PC IT Support - hybrid. Dynamic creative client based Central London - you will be based at more than one site but some on-site and some remote. Mainly 2nd line IT support.  You will be part of a team and work alongside a good mentor until you are bedded in. You will always have a senior point of escalation. You will learn on the job too and grow in this role. Key skills and requirements: - macOS- creative environments - Google workspace - all clients - some M365 - Cisco meraki - Synology (a type of NAS) - Lucid link - Ideally Jumpcloud too - cloud based SSO Good user facing IT support skills and used to a fast paced sociable creative environment.
