Job Title: Project Manager Department: Project Management Office Reports to: Director of Project Management Role Overview: The Project Manager will play a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering cross-functional projects within the newly established Project Management Office (PMO). This position involves managing projects of varying complexity to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards. Inside IR35. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. * Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources. * Organize project activities into manageable tasks and coach team members on assignments and milestones. * Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary. * Track and ensure visibility of project risks/issues, reporting progress to stakeholders and the PMO. * Produce high-quality project documentation, including project plans, charters, and status reports. * Drive organizational change and promote innovative approaches to problem-solving. * Ensure project scope is regularly communicated and align stakeholders on deliverables and objectives. * Build strong working relationships across all levels to achieve project goals. * Contribute to the development of the new PMO, creating toolkits for field-based projects as needed. * Qualifications: * PRINCE2 qualification or equivalent. * Experience: * Experience working within a Project Management Office in a large matrix organization. * Healthcare experience preferred but not essential. * Proven track record managing small to large, complex projects, including multiple concurrent projects. * Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Skills: * Excellent communication (verbal and written) and people management skills. * Ability to innovate and improve project delivery processes. * Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
