Product Trainer

Product Trainer required to join a global leader within the industrial automation sector. Product Trainer will be creating and delivering training programs for both clients and internal engineering teams, effectively use the portfolio of software products better. Product Trainer have a strong technical background within IT software products or Process Automation. Must be commutable to the Isle of Wight and be based in the office. International travel will be a large part of the role and flexibility to travel with a months notice is needed. You will be suitable if you are currently a technical engineer, looking for a career change, with strong technical knowledge in IT or Software products. Package £40,000 - £45,000 Overtime Allowance 25 days holiday + bank holidays 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Company pension Additional benefits Office and customer site based, further travel internationally Must be living on the Isle of Wight, or commutable from Southampton.The Product Trainer Role: Working closely with the product managers, sales team and customer support, to make sure training materials are up to date Conducting face to face training sessions, developing training modules and ongoing support Make sure you are updated on all new features and changes to systems Customise programs to meet specific requirements Travel internally to client and company sites to provide training Be a technical expert on the companies portfolio of products The Product Traineer Requirements: Background in technical product training of IT or process automation products Strong communication across all variations to internal and external persons Strong experience with microsoft technologies, concepts, setup and configuration Ability to work out training needs through discussion with engineers and trainees Enthusiastic and well presented FULL UK Driving License Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or similar (desirable) Certification of Training Competence (CPLP for example) Must be living on the Isle of Wight, or commutable from Southampton
