Senior IT Manager

Are you an experienced Senior IT Manager ? Have you developed a technology strategy / roadmap including cloud migration ? Responsibilities include: * Lead, motivate and inspire the IT department and wider business by developing and delivering an IT strategy that delivers innovation, enabling the wider business to become leaner through the effective use of existing and emerging Business Technology and Infrastructure. * Be accountable for the successful provision of all IT services, delivered either internally or externally, as required by the business. * Ensure that day to day delivery of technical solutions across the business are optimised * To manage and maintain the infrastructure environment in conjunction with in-house resources and 3rd party suppliers. * To manage and maintain the desktop estate and deliver operational enablement utilising in-house resources. * To manage highlighted security alerts and provide a robust and proactive level of service for all stakeholders. * To manage and improve the overall Infrastructure estate as defined by strategic parameters, focusing on consolidation, efficiency and capability enablement. * Management and maintenance of systems architecture and infrastructure, both physical and virtual; establishing set procedures and policies for day-to-day administration of the infrastructure, proactive administration and monitoring of servers, network hardware and internet infrastructure and provision of high-level (third-line) support on network, server and internet devices and systems. * Establishing strong partnerships with key client contacts to devise on-going technical strategy. Your skills should include: * Experience managing a large multi-site IT landscape * Must have experience working in a contact centre or BPO environment * Strong technical background including cloud migration * Able to work effectively with board level team * Stakeholder management skills For more information get in touch asap
