Business Analyst - Central London - Hybrid | Up to £55,000

This role is perfect for someone with a strong educational background who thrives on delivering impactful business solutions. You'll work closely with key stakeholders, influencing decisions that will drive the business forward. Your ability to manage stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively will be essential in this role. This role will have you working with senior stakeholders and a wide variety of teams on a daily basis, so you need to enjoy this side of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior management to deliver tailored business solutions
Manage and communicate with stakeholders across multiple levels
Translate business needs into clear requirements
Leverage IT knowledge to support and improve business processes
Analyse and present data to guide strategic decisionsWe are looking for candidates with:
2-3 years of proven Business Analyst experience
Expertise in financial services, consultancy, or professional services
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
